Newbeans Coffee — Refund & Return Policy

Because our products are consumable food items, all sales are final and we do not accept returns for health and safety reasons. However, we stand behind every order — if something goes wrong in transit, we will make it right.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@newbeanscoffee.com with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipment needed.
Order not received / lost in transit. If tracking shows your order did not arrive, or it never reaches you within a reasonable time after the expected delivery date, contact us and we will resend your order or issue a full refund.
Refunds. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of our approving your claim. You do not need to ship anything back.
Non-returnable. Because they are consumable food products, all items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged except in the cases above. Gift cards are also non-returnable.
